Child Service case in Alicante
Here is the recording from the child service case in Alicante made against me, where the school did no background checking about what has happened in the life of Leon. The first thing i do wherever i go is that i tell every school about Leons situation and struggles so it wont come as an surprise for anyone. So everything they didnt check is something they knew they could check but didnt care. As me and Leons teacher are saying multiple of times is that it has been several meetings between us already. This is mostly because of Leon being heavily bullied, but also how to give me tools to help my son at home. (I just want to remind everyone that this case was built after only two months in the school. What happened in this school is the worst experience me as a father can go through. Leon was bullied from the beginning to end by 4 other students, this turned into a violent affair that ended in one brutal attack of on Leon.)
A couple of days later after the meeting about the child service case i wrote the document under and told the school to send it to child service in Spain with the recording attached which they never did. I spoke to child service a couple of months later and they have still not received any documentation from me. So i ended up sending it to them myself.
The main reason this school completely fucked up without checking if anything they said was truth is because the ex called them, and that is how the case was built. This happens with everyone that listens to ex. Some weeks before i took the pc away from Leon because i was not satisfied with his school work at home. Leon texted his mother and told her he hated me, this was when he was bullied as well. The mother took advantage of not only making Leon delete evidence but also make a child service case. And this case again proves a case with no hold in the story what so ever. I can easily document against all the words from this school which i tell them, but they dont care.
